How did Araaish start?
Araaish is conceptualized to raise funds for Save the Children, India, NGO based out of Mumbai.
Aconsiderable percentage of the revenue raised from the exhibition goes for raising the standards of the underprivileged children and women.
It was first organised in Mumbai and later made its presence felt in Hyderabad, DELHI, Dubai & Ahmedabad!
Tell us about your experience in Hyderabad and other cities.
True to its tag line ‘where glamour goes with giving’ it’s a noble way to house the most glamorous designers and exhibitors from across the country!
We are proud to state that Araaish is one of the most successful exhibition in Hyderabad and attracts some of the best designers and clientele.
What are the various types of products on display?
Araaish has the privilege of hosting some of the stalwarts of the fashion and lifestyle industry it has also been an opportune platform for the young and upcoming entrepreneurs.
The product line can consist of clothing from both Indian and western, footwear, real/destination jewellery, home decor which are conventional products to niche products like packed exotic dates, scarfs, accessories of a different kind, etc!
How often is the exhibition put up? Is there a particular pattern?
The exhibition happens twice a year, the festive edition which normally is curated to carry festive/wedding collection which is held around August/September and it is edited with a look and the feel to welcome the season accordingly.
